[#216] Ability to reorder how custom fields are displayed to user in trackers

Description

Summary:

Detailed description

FF 5.0.x introduced the ability to add custom artifact fields to the Tracker spreadsheet view, and to use a simple "Customize List" tool to determine the order they are displayed in the spreadsheet.

A similar technique needs to be provide so developers can reorder their custom fields when the tracker artifact is displayed to a user for editing or displaying (non-users).

We needed to move the Status custom widget to the top of our ECN Tracker artifacts, and did this by moving field type = 7 to the top of the list in the www/tracker/include/ArtifactTypeHtml.class.php code. But a more global solution is desired so we can remove this custom code int eh future.

Alain - just another data point. Tried this on our 5.0.2 version and in that case, it indicates says: "Renderer Uploaded", but after this all the custom fields disappear.

Alain - things sound so simple.... Tried this as admin in a project and will permissions to modify a tracker in that project. I was able to download the template with no issue. However, no matter what I try, I have been unable to upload the modified template back to FF 4.8.2. Was there a bug in this version? I browse to the file which I editing using nedit, but I get this error: Invalid filename Ideas?

When you are in the admin area of the custom fields, you can change the way custom fields are displayed by using the last section of the page. See Custom Field Rendering Template, download the template, modify it (use a simple editor) and upload the new layout, you should get what you're looking for.
