[#307] create SQL file on tracker deletion

Description

Summary:

Detailed description

Hi,

this probably counts as “clueless coworker workaround”: upon deletion of a Tracker, spew out an SQL file that can just be run through 「sudo -u postgres psql gforge」 to undelete it (or be deleted by a Site Admin), i.e. bring back all Tracker Items (Bugs/FRs) in it, custom fields, attachements, etc.

Better yet, spew out an import file once obergix’ importing solution works ☺ but an SQL file should be easier for now.

Nice! Now to integrate that into the forge itself, so that it automatically creates them before actually deleting the tracker…

I had to "restore" trackers removed by mistake and I used the following attached script for that. Maybe it could be used as a starting point.
