[#69] provide sympa instead of mailman

Description

Summary:

Detailed description

It would be great to have the choice between Mailman and Sympa.

So an integration of Sympa with FusionForge would be so cool.

FYI, we intend to maintain a version made compatible with 5.1 in https://github.com/olberger/fusionforge/tree/5.1-sympa (branched-off SVN's 5.1 tag, with git-svn)

CRU people have improved the first prototype that was published at http://sourcesup.cru.fr/projects/ff-sympa/ initially, and have finally deployed it on production servers for FF 5.0.

I'll try and grab a copy of that code and port it to FF 5.1+ and we'll make sure it is maintained in the FF SVN repo.

Stay tuned.

It seems there may be interesting contributions on CRU's side (also developpers of Sympa)... trying to help pass the word ;)

We use Sympa in our company. We use Mailman in Gforge. We want migrate to FusionForge and also use Sympa instead of Mailman in order to have only one tool to manage.
