[#840] Forbidden characters in the name of Forums

Detailed description

I ignore if it is a bug : For forums, fusionforge refuses names with accented letters (e.g. àéè) or spaces. If it is a function and not a bug, I may rather file a feature request.

Fusionforge 6.0.4+201611260420-1, Debian Jessie.

Yes I agree that a unique ID for forums and free names with accents and spaces would be very nice.

forum name is use to create email address to send answers to forum. therefore no specific characters nor space.

in the future, we could imagine to use a unique ID for forum to generate email address and not use the name of forum.

Not a bug. I move it to feature request.
