Question: is the directory /etc/fusionforge/config.ini.d/ empty? Is it readable by apache user?

You should at least find /etc/fusionforge/config.ini.d/defaults.ini file.
If not, you can copy the defaults.ini file from the source archive file.

OK.... as expected... I cannot reproduce.
Could you post the content of your /etc/fusionforge/config.ini file?

Hello,

I am using computer on debian stretch and i know some tricks on linux but not more about apache/php/postgresql

So i use to install fusionforge 6.1 from source, no probleme with the installation, dependencies are install and database was create. i set the name of the forge (same has the computer) on /etc/fusionforge/config.ini

And when i go to the web site i have a blank page, in the apache log : an error about theme

[Thu May 16 16:07:20.926691 2019] [:error] [pid 24777] [client 194.167.21.30:44876] PHP Warning: require_once(//Theme.class.php): failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /usr/local/share/fusionforge/common/include/pre.php on line 320

It seems that forge_get_config on the php script don t work, i set the hard value to check if this is that and it work i have the welcome page of fusionforge but when i click on log on a new blank page ...

Did i miss some parameters to set on ? Can you help me ?

best regards
