[#210] Enable SVN repository browsing for private projects

Description

Summary:

Detailed description

As far as I understand, the SVN repository browser uses anonymous access to view files. This does not work for private projects, i.e. nothing is being shown.

The following would be nice: if a user with repository read access is currenlty logged in, the SVN repository browser should read using that user account --> so something is shown.

Fixed in trunk. If you are member of the project with svn read access, you can now browse the svn repo with viewvc
