[#62] Support OSLC-CM API to ease integration with ALM platforms

Description

Summary:

Detailed description

It would be very interesting to be able to offer an API for the trackers to support the OSLC-CM V1 protocol, to allow interoperability with ALM tools (among them primarily Mylyn).

What's the expected target version of FF the plugin will depend on.

It would be great if it could run over 5.1 now that it has been branched, IMHO.

Yeah, the version is important, and so will only work on RHEL 6 I guess.

Is the version of Zend Framework very important ?

RHEL5 ships php 5.1.6

The plugin is now part of fusionforge official sources. It has been moved to /trunk/src/plugins/oslc/

And here comes the plugin in your preferred SVN tree : /trunk/plugins/coclico/oslc/include/oslc-zend/application/ (https://fusionforge.org/scm/viewvc.php/trunk/plugins/coclico/oslc/?root=fusionforge)

FYI, we have made quite some progress and the code is available in gitorious, as well as in a debian package for testing purposes.

More details at : http://git.debian.org/?p=users/olberger-guest/fusionforge-oslc-cm-server.git;a=summary which hosts a copy of the packaging sources for git-buildpackage

FYI, we have merged the codebase of the Mantis server and the FusionForge server, so you may find the code at : https://picoforge.int-evry.fr/cgi-bin/twiki/view/Oslc/Web/MantisOslcServer

Note that to support authenticated access, OSLC-CM mandates use of Basic Auth or OAuth.

I have filed a feature request for OAuth : #78

We propose to reuse parts of the demo OSLC-CM server that we are developing (https://picoforge.int-evry.fr/cgi-bin/twiki/view/Oslc/Web/) in order to reuse some code.

The initial release is at : https://picoforge.int-evry.fr/cgi-bin/twiki/view/Oslc/Web/Downloading

It's using Zend, so trying to see if that could fit with FF infrastructure is the next step.

Btw, the Mylyn client for OSLC-CM V1 is making progress, as tracked in https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=281711
