clarify some project tab names

Detailed description
For clarity and simplicity, I wish some tabs were renamed:
- Mediawiki -> Wiki
- SCM -> Source code
- Lists -> Mailing lists

I think that most people do not care what kind of wiki they are reading.

Also, I think that acronyms are better avoided (when possible), and that "SCM" is not explicit enough, especially since it is one of the most important tabs of all.

Finally, I also find "Lists" not explicit enough. There are all sorts of lists on a typical forge project: lists of bugs, lists of documents, lists of events, lists of people...

tooltips are currently available in fusionforge.org website in tracker and docman. Not everywhere but some place time to time.

Is this already online somewhere to test ?

I've implemented a tooltip mecanism based in the "title" html attribute. Currently, this tooltip mecanism is available for docman, trackers in branch 5.1. It's now available for the toptab menu (project menu, main menu) in trunk.

I agree that tab length will be an issue.

I would also do a little bit of sorting in the tab.

* announce: this tab is rarely useful (news on the project homepage/forge homepage)
* activity: mainly an admin stuff
* task: admin
* files: if it is on the project homepage, you can almost remove the tab

Not a bad idea but please keep tab width in mind if/when you make changes to the names. "Mailing Lists" is too long IMHO. :-)
