Summary:
Cannot edit or remove document in docman

Detailed description
This bug is forwarded from
https://forge.ocamlcore.org/tracker/index.php?func=detail&aid=931&group_id=1&atid=101

Here is the original bug:

I found various issues with the Doc Manager when I tried to update the file CHANGES of calendar. See https://forge.ocamlcore.org/docman/?group_id=83.

1) Button "Edit this document" doesn't seem to work
2) Button "Remove" seems to remove the file as expected since it does not appear anymore in the list BUT:
a) the link still works : http://forge.ocamlcore.org/docman/view.php/83/51/CHANGES (I'm not sure that is really the same file actually ;-))
b) it is still not possible to upload a file called "CHANGES": there is an error "Ce document a déjà été publié dans ce dossier" (already published document).

Thus after removing my old CHANGES, I found no way to add a new one :-(.

@alain: if documents from trash are not available for download, how can you be sure you want to restore this document ? You need to be able to download the document, check this document and restore it or permanently delete it.

In trunk, you need at least "approve" permission to download trashed documents. If anonymous user has only read access, then you need to log.

Frank: I think that trashed documents should not be available for download.

Sylvain: I fixed several bugs on docman recently, so you might recheck with an uptodate svn tree.

on remove, the file has "delete" state id. The file is now visible in trash. To keep data constitency, you cannot upload same file until to permanently delete the file thru the trash administration.

The link still works because the file is not deleted but just trashed.
Actually, it's not a bug, trash implementation in branch 5.1 is not user friendly.
